Role Description The Insurance Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role supports day-to-day insurance operations, including assisting with policy documentation, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records. The Insurance Assistant will help prepare quotations, coordinate with insurance providers, and follow up on proposals, renewals, and claims. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, clarifying policy terms, and providing basic information about coverage options in a clear and professional manner. The Insurance Assistant will collaborate with brokers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and a smooth client experience.
