01Key Responsibilities
Assist in the intake, documentation, and investigation of insurance claims (cargo loss/damage, auto incidents, general liability)Collect and review relevant documents such as bills of lading, delivery receipts, incident reports, and photographsWork closely with senior adjusters and internal teams (operations, safety, legal) to understand claim processesMaintain and update claims in the management system with accuracy and completenessCommunicate with clients, vendors, and insurance partners regarding claim status and next stepsLearn and apply insurance concepts relevant to logistics and freight operationsHelp identify trends and contribute to process improvementsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Compensation: 20,000.00 - 38,000.00 per month
