Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle property damage claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely processing and customer satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end claims process for motor insurance, including investigation, negotiation, and settlement.
- Coordinate with surveyors to assess damages and negotiate settlements with customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during claim handling.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in insurance claims management or related field.
- Robust understanding of general insurance claims, particularly motor insurance claims.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. .
