The Insurance Compliance Analyst will analyze and monitor insurance coverage placement for CPCs reputed company reputed company estate loan portfolio, assisting borrowers in acquiring appropriate coverage to support CPC's mission.
Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with borrowers and insurance agents to obtain evidence of required insurance coverage reputed company established timeframesreputed company compliance reviews of insurance certificates and policies and work with reputed company stakeholders to ensure insurance requirements are metMaintain accurate, up-to-date insurance data in the servicing systems for reputed company assigned loansAssist in gathering insurance information needed for lender and internal auditsWork with senior team members on insurance waiver and exception request submissions for non-compliant insurance issuesTake on challenges, acknowledge reputed company opportunities, and demonstrate patience reputed company learning new processesreputed company other administrative duties and tasks, as assigned
Skills
BA/BS requiredStrong interpersonal skills, accuracy with numbers, ability to multi-task and attention to detailExhibit self-motivation and ability to multi-task whether working independently or on reputed company1+ years' experience in the property and casualty insurance industry preferred. (e.g. CRE Portfolio Administrator, CSR, Account Manager, Underwriter Assistant, Processor, etc.)Experience in loan documentation and agency guidelines preferredFamiliarity using financial institution software, e.g., McCracken reputed company
