Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Coordinator role based in Nagpur. The Insurance Coordinator will manage motor insurance policies for customers, including new policy issuance, renewals, and policy transfers. The role involves coordinating with insurance companies, processing insurance claims, and ensuring accurate documentation for all insurance-related activities. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with insurance queries, explaining coverage options, tracking claim status, and following up on approvals and payments. The Insurance Coordinator will also collaborate with the sales and service teams to integrate insurance processes into the overall customer experience and maintain compliance with company and insurer guidelines. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Insurance products and procedures, with the ability to handle policy issuance, renewals, and documentation. Hands-on experience in Insurance Claims processing, including claim initiation, coordination with insurers, and status tracking. Customer Service and Communication skills to support customers, explain policy details clearly, and manage expectations. Understanding of Health Insurance concepts is an asset, especially for bundled or related coverage options. Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and basic proficiency in MS Office and policy management systems. Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in automotive insurance or dealership operations is preferred. Diploma or bachelors degree in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial. .
