Key Responsibilities
Identifying & assessing customer needs
Generate quotes & convert them into business
Entering data's to salesforce by referring the quote documents generatedMaintain records of quote documents and policy documents in salesforceCommunicate with team in NY and external clients (at a later stage through email) and work with proprietary systems to manage deal-flow
Requirements
Graduate degree/diploma is a must
Minimum 2 years of Experience in BPO/KPO US non voice process is a plus
Experience in the US insurance domain is a plus
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge about the mortgage lending, loan processing will be a plus
Respond to different types of customers positively
Ready to work in the US shift timings .
