Candidates must have relevant experience of empanelling / networking with Hospitals or Insurance Companies
Male / Female both are applicable for the role
Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu
Candidates having experience of working with Hospitals will be preferred
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Identify and approach health insurance companies and TPAs for hospital empanelment.
Submit applications for hospital onboarding with insurers.
Coordinate documentation required by insurance companies.
Follow up regularly until empanelment approval is completed.
Maintain professional relationships with Insurance companies & TPAs
Attend meetings with insurer representatives
Coordinate treatment package rates with insurers.
Negotiate revised tariffs where required.
Ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
Coordinate with insurance desk/front office for smooth approvals.
Resolve delays in pre-authorizations and claim settlements.
Escalate pending cases to insurance contacts.
Track agreement expiry dates.
Complete renewals on time.
Add new insurers/TPAs to hospital network.
Basic Knowledge in Ms.Excel .
