Lochan & Co. operates across 135+ countries worldwide and regularly deploys consultants and experts internationally for various projects. We are looking for an Insurance Executive to manage the companys domestic and international insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers in India and internationally.
Obtain and compare insurance quotations, premiums, coverage, exclusions and terms.
Negotiate competitive insurance rates and suitable terms.
Arrange and manage various types of insurance, including:
Professional Indemnity / Professional Liability
Building, Property, Office & Asset Insurance
Vehicle / Motor Insurance
Fire Insurance
Domestic & International Travel Insurance
Medical / Health & Group Mediclaim
Arrange appropriate insurance coverage for experts travelling or deployed internationally.
Research country-specific insurance requirements and identify suitable local/international insurers.
Support project teams with insurance premium estimates and budgeting.
Manage policy renewals, claims, documentation and insurance records.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
25 years of experience in insurance, insurance broking, corporate/general insurance, or a related field.
International insurance exposure will be preferred.
Good knowledge of insurance processes and products.
Strong skills in quotation comparison, negotiation and claims handling.
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
Strong coordination and communication skills with insurers and brokers
