Role Description The Insurance Executive will be responsible for managing the company's insurance portfolio, including policy renewals, claims, documentation, and compliance. The role involves coordinating with insurance companies, brokers, and internal teams to ensure adequate coverage and timely claim settlement. Candidates should have knowledge of Medical, Marine, Transit (In-Transit), and Motor Insurance, along with the ability to assess risk and maintain insurance records.
Qualifications
Managing insurance-related documentation and policy records of the company.
Coordinating with insurance companies for policy issuance, renewal, endorsement, and claims.
Handling employee and company insurance-related queries and support.
The candidate must have sound knowledge of Marine, Fire, and Burglary insurance products and their underwriting/processes.
Following up on claim processing and ensuring timely settlement.
Maintaining updated records of all insurance policies, premiums, and renewal dates.
Preparing insurance reports and submitting updates to management.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Coordinating with internal departments for smooth insurance operations.
Assisting in selecting suitable insurance plans as per company requirements.
Performing any other duties assigned by the management related to insurance operations. .
