Role Description The Insurance Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kashipur. This role focuses on understanding clients financial needs and recommending suitable insurance and investment solutions aligned with their goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting and onboarding clients, conducting financial and insurance needs analyses, preparing customized financial plans, and explaining product features and benefits in clear, simple terms. The Insurance Financial Advisor will assist clients with retirement planning, risk management, and wealth creation, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining long-term client relationships, tracking policy renewals, following up on leads, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. Qualifications - Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to explain financial concepts and product options clearly. Hands-on experience or knowledge in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to develop tailored strategies for clients.In-depth understanding of Insurance solutions, including life, health, and other protection products, and how they fit into overall financial plans.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills, with a client-focused mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and comfort working with numbers and reports.Ability to work on-site in Kashipur, manage multiple client engagements, and meet business and compliance targets.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in financial planning or insurance advisory are an advantage.Prior experience in financial services, insurance advisory, or wealth management is preferred but not mandatory for strong, trainable candidates. .
