01Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the insurance sales team. Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Generate new leads through referrals, networking, field activities, and other channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Explain insurance products, policies, benefits, and coverage to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports. Train and guide team members to improve sales performance. Coordinate with insurance companies, agents, and other stakeholders. Ensure timely completion of documentation and policy processing. Handle customer queries, complaints, renewals, and policy-related issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
02Requirements
12th Pass, Diploma or Graduate degree in any discipline preferred. Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance sales or a related field. Prior experience in team handling or sales management is preferred. Strong knowledge of insurance products and sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good customer relationship management skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Ability to manage and motivate a sales team. Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools. .
