Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop life insurance advisors/agents.
- Drive insurance sales through the agency network to achieve business targets.
- Monitor and support advisors through joint field visits, coaching, and regular guidance.
- Build solid relationships with advisors to improve engagement and long-term retention.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct product, sales, and process training for the agency force.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in Life Insurance sector.
- 15 years of experience in sales, agency development, or financial services.
- Strong people management, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline. .
