Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop life insurance advisors/agents.
Drive insurance sales through the agency network to achieve business targets.
Monitor and support advisors through joint field visits, coaching, and regular guidance.
Build solid relationships with advisors to improve engagement and long-term retention.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies.
Conduct product, sales, and process training for the agency force.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Experience in Life Insurance sector.
15 years of experience in sales, agency development, or financial services.
Solid people management, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline. .
