## Insurance Sales Team Lead / Quality Analyst ### Role Overview Hexaware Technologies is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the dual responsibility of leading an insurance sales team and ensuring quality standards across sales processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insurance sales, team management, and quality assurance, and will be responsible for driving performance targets while maintaining compliance and service excellence within the sales function. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve defined sales targets and KPIs - Monitor and evaluate team performance on a regular basis, providing constructive feedback and coaching - Conduct quality audits on sales calls, interactions, and documentation to ensure adherence to compliance and process standards - Identify training needs and coordinate with the training team to address skill gaps within the sales team - Track and report on quality metrics, sales performance, and team productivity to senior management - Implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction - Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies - Handle escalations and resolve customer or process-related issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, compliance, and training departments ### Requirements / Qualifications - Prior experience in insurance sales, preferably in a team lead or quality analyst capacity - Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory requirements - Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets - Experience in quality monitoring, call auditing, or process compliance within a sales environment - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or quality management tools - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from performance reports - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Graduate degree in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance or quality management are a plus ### About the Company Hexaware Technologies is a global IT services and business process outsourcing company that delivers technology-driven solutions across industries including banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, and retail.
