Position: Telecaller Executive Motor Insurance
Location: Punjabi Bagh West, New Delhi
Salary: 12,000 15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers regarding motor insurance.
Explain motor insurance policies, renewals, coverage, and benefits to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Follow up with customers for policy renewals and documentation.
Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth policy processing.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of motor insurance will be an added advantage.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in motor insurance telecalling, insurance sales, telesales, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
