01Key Responsibilities
Insurance Verification:Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.Ensure accurate documentation of insurance information.Insurance Authorizations and Referrals:Obtain necessary authorizations for medical procedures.Process and manage referrals efficiently.Communication and Coordination:Liaise with insurance companies to resolve issues.Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding insurance matters.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance verification, authorizations, and referrals.Proficient in using eClinicalWorks software program.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Work Schedule:
The position is remote-based.Some work must be conducted during US Central Time Zone hours.Independent work can be completed during regular India business hours.Applicants must be willing to undergo training during US Central Time Zone hours.
