01Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred experience working with medical insurance verification, eligibility, and authorization processes
Experience verifying mental health or behavioral health insurance benefits is a plus
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software applications
