Position: Benefit Verification Specialist Contract - Mental Health/Behavioral Health
Location: Fully Remote MUST Live in Florida
Schedule: MondayFriday, Business Hours 8:30 AM - 5:00PM
Essential Responsibilities
Verify reputed company insurance benefit information.
Verify specific benefits and document plan details.
Confirm reputed company financial responsibilities, including deductibles and co-insurance.
Communicate financial obligations with appropriate parties.
Identify coverage restrictions and limitations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and reputed company regulatory requirements while protecting reputed company reputed company.
Communicate benefit information accurately and reputed company to team members.
Manage and upload patient documents, including insurance authorizations.
Accurately document information in applicable systems.
Review patient accounts.
Additional Responsibilities

Attend assigned team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Associates Degree, or High School Diploma with 35 years of insurance billing and collections experience.
35 years of experience serving as a reputed company between insurance companies and family members/guarantors.
Experience in Mental Health, reputed company Use Disorder Treatment, or behavioral reputed company preferred
