**Integration Analyst Controls (SAP FICO)** Pune Contract Hybrid --- **About the Role** Provide end-to-end solution expertise across Finance with deep process and technical knowledge of SAP FICO, supporting governance, controls, and security compliance. The role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure robust and compliant finance templates and solutions. Success in this role means driving integration and continuous improvement initiatives across finance products, solutions, and disciplines. --- **Key Responsibilities** - Provide end-to-end solution expertise across Finance with deep process and technical knowledge of SAP FICO. - Understand SAP deployment processes and integration of Finance with O2C and S2P processes. - Support governance, controls, and security compliance across finance systems and processes. - Investigate, diagnose, and resolve control deficiencies to ensure robust and compliant finance templates and solutions. - Work with security teams on user access provisioning, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance requirements. - Own and enhance automated business controls within finance template solutions. - Drive integration and continuous improvement initiatives across finance products, solutions, and disciplines. - Engage with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to support solution design and governance. - Represent the organization in governance forums and provide due diligence on solution roadmaps and strategic direction. - Adopt and support Agile methodologies and ways of working. --- **Requirements** - Possess SAP FICO functional expertise with strong understanding of finance integration points. - Have end-to-end knowledge of Finance processes in an SAP environment. - Understand SAP Controls, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Automated Business Controls. - Know accounting and posting schemas in SAP. - Understand SAP security roles, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and SOX compliance. - Have systems deployment and integration expertise. - Possess strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. - Have an analytical problem-solving and process improvement mindset. --- **Good to Have** - Experience in control audits, compliance reviews, and governance frameworks. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a global virtual team environment. --- **What We Offer** - Opportunity to work in a multinational organization. - Chance to work on at least two end-to-end SAP FICO implementations. - Collaborative global virtual team environment. .
