01Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. - Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration. - Strong knowledge of integration patterns, middleware technologies, and API management. - Experience with designing and deploying scalable integration solutions in cloud and on-premise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely resolutions. - Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and workflow orchestration within integration platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Boomi Atomsphere Integration. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
