Cost Management: Provide cost management for interior projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.Accurate Quantification: Perform meticulous quantification of materials, labor, and other project elements using industry-standard methods.BOQ Preparation: Develop comprehensive and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various interior projects, ensuring accuracy and clarity for cost analysis and procurement.Tendering: Manage the tendering process, including preparing bid documents, analyzing bids, and negotiating with vendors.Site Measurement: Conduct accurate site measurements for modular furniture installations, ensuring precise fit and functionality.Modular Furniture Billing: Develop and implement a system for accurate billing of modular furniture installations, taking into account all relevant factors.Rate Analysis: Conduct thorough rate analysis for various materials, labor, and services, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.Material Quantification: Prepare detailed material quantifications for all project components, providing a clear understanding of material requirements.Product Specification Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of various interior products, including materials, finishes, and specifications.Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, software for creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for interior projects.Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of current trends and best practices in the interior design and construction industry, particularly in the field of quantity surveying and cost estimation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Estimator, with a strong focus on interior projects.Extensive knowledge of interior design principles, construction techniques, and cost management methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. .
