What You'll Do:
You're Swagloop's first point of contact with the market and the voice enterprise decision-makers meet before they ever see our platform.
Outreach to HR Heads, CHROs, Founders & Business Heads at mid-to-large enterprises, Startups and Leading IT and Saas companies.
Run sharp, personalised and targeted cold outreach over email and phone
Qualify prospects, gather requirements, and hand warm leads to the founding team
Schedule demos and face-to-face meetings
Keep a clean CRM pipeline and iterate on what's converting.
Who You Are
Exceptional communicator on call and in writing.
High initiative,comfortable with startup ambiguity.
Bonus: any prior sales, BD, or client-facing experience.
Your degree does not matter, your drive does. Engineers, economists, or lit majors if you can make a CHRO want the next meeting, you're the fit.
