Key Responsibilities
**
- Develop a good understanding of business areas, products, and supporting functions
- Plan and execute audit testing with a focus on key areas and ensure high-quality documentation
- Identify risks, assess controls, and recommend improvements in the control environment
- Prepare audit conclusions and findings, and present them to IA senior management and business clients
- Follow up on open audit issues and ensure their resolution
- Participate in initiatives to enhance IA's processes and infrastructure
**General Skills and Experience:**
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- In-depth technical knowledge in relevant product areas
- Highly motivated with the ability to multitask and stay organized
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience (CA) in accounting or internal audit within the financial services industry
- Relevant certification or industry accreditation (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIA) is a plus
**Team/Product Specific Skills & Experience:**
- Understanding of financial concepts related to financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and tax functions
- Knowledge in areas such as US and India GAAP financial reporting, transfer pricing, regulatory capital calculation, direct and indirect taxation, and CCAR regulatory requirements is preferred
