MET-LEAF looking for an enthusiastic and confident Internal Sales Officer - Tele Calling to join our team at Vadakara. The role involves communicating with customers, following up on enquiries, generating sales opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and dealers.
- Follow up on enquiries and potential leads.
- Explain products and offers clearly to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
