Job Title: Internal Technical Sales Engineer
Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years
Annual CTC Budget: 1,300,000 - 1,600,000 LPA
Location: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune, India
MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST):
Experience: 3 to 7 years of dedicated experience in Industrial Automation, Motion Control, Drives, or Technical Sales. A stable career history (minimum 2-3 years per tenure) is strictly required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following platform-verified workflows: Motion Control Sizing, Servo Drives/VFD Configuration, PLC/HMI Applications, Technical Quotations, Solution Selling to OEMs/Machine Builders.
Software/Tools: Working proficiency in SAP, CRM platforms, Visio, and MS Office. Communication: Exceptional English skills for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with internal teams and prospective clients.
Logistics: Onsite/Hybrid model based in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, or Pune with up to 30% travel requirement. Local candidates preferred.
Position Overview Transform client application requirements into winning machine automation solutions across Motion Control, Drives, and Systems. Work closely with OEMs, Machine Builders, and System Integrators to drive technical sizing, solution selling, and commercial proposals.
Core Responsibilities
Technical Sizing & Selection: Perform sizing, selection, and configuration of Servo Drives, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and Motion Control Systems.
Quotation & Proposals: Generate technical sales quotations, solution architectures, and commercial proposals for industrial end-users.
Client Technical Support: Collaborate with OEMs, System Integrators, and Machine Builders to resolve complex automation challenges.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Manage sales workflows, project configurations, and customer data using SAP and CRM platforms.
Market Application Execution: Deliver tailored motion control applications across Packaging, FMCG, Robotics, Textile, and Material Handling industries.
