Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an International BPO environment, specifically in Chat upselling rolesFreshers are not eligibleUndergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate degree in any disciplineFluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skillsSolid understanding of customer service principles and customer-centric service deliveryBasic technical proficiency is an added advantageWillingness and ability to work in rotational 24/7 shiftsMust be based in Kolkata and available to work from the office
