01Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice calls in a professional manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining company standards.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure complete resolution.
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality parameters, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve KPIs such as CSAT, Quality Score, AHT, FCR, and Productivity targets.
- Manage customer complaints effectively and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Demonstrate robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging customer situations.
- Stay updated on process changes, products, and company policies.
- Contribute to team goals and participate in training sessions.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services where applicable.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience through excellent communication skills.
