Undergraduate/Gradudate Require for BPO Customer Support
Job Role & responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Calls, email, chat, and other communication channels. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely information. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved within the committed timelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, requests, and resolutions. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues effectively. Process customer requests, orders, service queries, and other related activities as required. Meet assigned customer service targets, SLAs, and quality standards. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service guidelines. Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the concerned teams for process improvement. Fresher's/Experience both can apply for this Job.
Compensation: 18,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
