Achievement of Business PlansTo own the business plan for the branch - both top line and bottom line targets
Internalize the Management philosophy and business strategy of the company
Team Building
Recruit Quality resources -Unit Managers
Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of the Agency
Regular classroom and on the field training of the team to equip them with the
Business Expansion
Identify potential business pockets in the branch jurisdiction
Appoint Agents in these locations to procure business
~ Liaison with Home Office
Design own Branch level R&Rs, marketing activities and implement them
Support the Unit Managers and team of Agents in liaison with the HO for
External: Agents & Policy Holders
Describe the nature and level of key skill requiredpreferred to perform the jobs e.g. interpersonal skills, problem solving ability and business expertise)
~ Designing Sales Strategies to achieve the business goals
Analytical skills to read , interpret MIS
Skill sets to handle a team of agents to achieve the business goals
~ Sound domain knowledge of the health insurance policies and practice in India
Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements and compliances c. Minimum Qualification Minimum Experience
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institute
Preferably Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management from a recognized
8-10 years of relevant work experience,
preferably in financial services distribution
3-5 years of team handling experience .
