Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Chat Process supporting e-commerce sellers. The role involves assisting sellers through chat, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and delivering a high-quality customer support experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice and Chat Process.
Previous Seller Support experience is mandatory. Experience from any industry or domain is acceptable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
Interview Process
Walk-in interview only.
Candidates should be available to work from the Kharadi, Pune office.
Rotational shifts apply.

Compensation: 28,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
