PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Salary
2.5 LPA 6.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Notice Period
Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Preferred
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
Resolve customer queries professionally and within defined service levels.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related issues.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Strong customer service orientation.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
International Voice Process experience.
Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales Support, or Chat Support.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow is an advantage.
