Experience:
- Freshers Welcome
- 0-5 Years of International/Domestic BPO Experience
Salary:
- 3 LPA 6 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)
Eligibility:
- Graduates & Undergraduates (as per process eligibility)
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Comfortable working in Night/Rotational Shifts
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
- Meet productivity and performance targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
