What You'll Do
Communicate with international clients through calls and emails
Build long-term professional relationships with global businesses
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Draft professional business emails and follow-up communications
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Participate in business discussions and commercial negotiations
Maintain client records and business reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
