Overview
As an International Lead Generation Executive at our company, your main role is to drive our global growth by generating high-quality leads in international territories. Your responsibilities include:
- Generating High-Quality Leads: Proactively researching, identifying, and targeting potential clients such as laboratories, research institutions, and scientific companies.
- Outreach and Qualification: Conducting effective outbound communication through calls, emails, and social media to introduce our products/services and qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Pipeline Management: Maintaining and updating a robust pipeline of prospects and tracking all lead generation activities in our CRM system.
- Market Insight: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in international scientific markets.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the international sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Gender: Female
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar role within the scientific, pharmaceutical, or technical equipment industry.
- Industry Knowledge: A foundational understanding of the scientific industry, research processes, or laboratory settings.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and presentation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Location: Willingness to work from our office in Ambala Cantt.
In terms of compensation, the salary range for this position is 25,000 - 30,000 per month, or a competitive hike on your last drawn salary, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer health insurance and leave encashment as benefits.
