01Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers in international markets to introduce the company's products or services.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products or services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Lead Generation: Generate leads and identify potential customers through market research, online databases, and cold calling.
Qualification: Qualify leads to determine their interest, needs, and budget.
Pitching and Presentation: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential customers, highlighting how the company's products or services can meet their needs.
Objection Handling: Address objections and concerns from customers effectively, providing solutions and information to alleviate doubts.
Closing Sales: Achieve sales targets by persuading customers to make a purchase and closing deals.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture relationships with potential customers and move them through the sales funnel.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including contact information, conversations, and outcomes, using CRM software.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, leads generated, and deals closed to sales management.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
02Requirements
Must be a Graduate from a reputed University.
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English , preferably in UK accent
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
Adaptability to different time zones and international markets.
The candidate may be required to work in shifts according to UK time zone.
Working Conditions:
