01Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls for international real estate clients.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Identify client needs, offer suitable solutions, and promote property listings.
- Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales or lead generation targets.
02Requirements
- Excellent fluency in English (Tier 1 communication skills mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any international Outbound calling process.
- International sales or real estate experience is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
