Location: Newtown, Kolkata
Process: Australian Telecom
Experience: 6 Months 2 Years
Salary: 18,000 30,000/month (depends upon last salary & relevant experience)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

WHAT YOULL DO
Handle international voice calls for the Australian Telecom process
Engage with customers and understand their requirements
Promote and sell telecom products/services
Handle customer objections through effective negotiation and persuasion
Maintain high-quality customer interactions and process compliance
ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS
6 Months 2 Years of experience in International Sales / Voice BPO
International sales experience in Telecom domain (Australia / UK / US) preferred
Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills
Comfortable working in a fixed morning shift
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
