Job description
Role & responsibilities
Provide customer support to international customers via voice calls.
Troubleshoot technical problems by following standard operating procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, productivity, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge, processes, and technical troubleshooting techniques.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data security guidelines.
Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Graduate or Undergraduate (as per company eligibility criteria).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in International Voice Process or Technical Support is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, internet, and networking concepts.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
Comfortable working from the office (if applicable).
