Negotiate and close international sales deals. Manage US collections and payment recoveries. Resolve complex customer queries over voice. Maintain high quality scores on calls. Candidate Requirements Experience : Minimum 13 years in International BPO. Domain : Background in Sales, Customer Support, Telecom, or Collections. Shift : 100% flexibility for US night shifts.
