Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Executives to engage with global customers and drive sales conversions for international insurance products. The role involves handling international clients, promoting insurance products and services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with international customers through calls, emails, and chats.
Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle objections, resolve customer queries, and build long-term client relationships.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Prior experience in international sales, insurance sales, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
