Job Summary
Policybazaar is looking for energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused professionals to join our International Sales Team. Key Responsibilities
Connect with international customers through outbound voice calls.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales while achieving monthly targets.
Meet quality standards and achieve individual sales KPIs.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 0-4 years in International Sales, International Voice Process, BPO, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or any customer-facing sales role.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts (if applicable).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
