Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic US Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable interacting with US customers over phone calls. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing technical service solutions, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical service solutions.
• Promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
