International Sales Executive

Galactic Client Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales Consultants for its US Outbound Process. The role involves handling calls transferred by the Telemarketing team, engaging with qualified clients, explaining services, and managing the complete sales cycle, including agreement signings. Candidates will also make outbound calls using dialer and manual resources while following company-approved scripts to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle transferred calls from the Telemarketing (TM) team.
Engage with qualified prospects and convert them into customers.
Manage the complete sales process, including agreement signings.
Make outbound sales calls using dialer and manual calling methods.
Follow approved call scripts and company processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities.

Eligibility:
Minimum 12th Pass.
Minimum 2 years of experience in US Outbound Sales or US Calling.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Experience with dialer systems and manual calling is preferred.
Work Schedule:
Full-time role.
US Shift
