Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US customers for the AT&T process.
- Provide technical assistance and customer support over the phone.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products/services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales/performance targets.
- Follow quality, process and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong verbal and telephone communication skills.
- Good active listening and customer-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work in a US rotational/night-shift environment.
Work Schedule
Shift: 8:00 PM 5:00 AM
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Weekly Off: Rotational Off
Note: Shift timings may change according to client requirements.
Cab Facility: No cab facility for male candidates.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 25,000 35,000 + Incentives
Salary will depend on candidate's skills and experience.
