International Sales Manager Location: Sector 62, Noida (The Iconic Corenthum) Shift: US Shift Compensation: Up to 10 LPA + Performance Incentives Benefits: Meal Facility+Incentives About the Role We are looking for a results-driven International Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of 25 sales professionals while driving international business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in international sales, and the ability to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of 25 international sales executives.Drive international sales revenue, conversion rates, and target achievement.Monitor sales pipelines, daily performance, KPIs, and closing ratios.Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.Build a high-performance sales culture through regular coaching, training, and feedback.Support negotiations and close high-value international business opportunities.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.Required Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in International Sales with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.Prior experience managing and developing sales teams.Excellent leadership, people management, and coaching skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.BPO/International Voice Process background preferred.Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.Comfortable working in the US Shift from the Noida office.Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Experience handling international clients, particularly in the US market.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.What We Offer Salary up to 10 LPA plus attractive performance incentives.Meal facility.Leadership opportunity in a growing international sales organization.Career growth and professional development.Collaborative and performance-driven work environment.Location: Sector 62, Noida Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: US Shift Compensation: 40,000.00 - 85,000.00 per month Benefits: Food providedPaid sick timeWork Location: In person .
