01Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer queries through voice support.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and software-related issues.
3. Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining service quality standards.
4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams whenever required.
5. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
