Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls for international clients.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet daily and monthly productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and communication standards.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
Preferred candidate profile
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable handling international voice calls.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Good listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Graduates and undergraduates can apply (as per company eligibility).
