Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support / Voice Process Associates to join our International Banking team. In this role, you will handle voice-based customer interactions for global banking clients, delivering high-quality resolution to queries while maintaining strict compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound banking customer calls in a professional and polite manner.
Assist customers with account management, card queries, transaction inquiries, and basic banking assistance.
Resolve customer issues within stipulated response times and elevate complex queries when necessary.
Adhere strictly to international banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain clear and precise logs of all call interactions in the internal database.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Any Graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, B.E., BBA, etc.).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication with a clear, neutral accent.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in International BPO / Voice Process are welcome.
Skills: Strong active listening, problem-solving abilities, and phone etiquette.
Shift & Schedule Details
Shift Timings: Fixed Night Shift (US Hours).
Working Days: 5 Days Working.
Offs: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off.
