Job Title: International Voice Process
Location Hyderabad,Telangana (Office-based)
Job Description: We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls.
Skills Required:
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).
Job Details:
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company's requirements.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)Or Any Graduate or PG
Experience:
- 0-4 years
Age Criteria:
- 18 years to 35 years.
Salary:
- 19000/- to 27000/- (take-home after deductions)
Perks and Perks:
- 2-way free transportation (home pick-up and drop) Upto 23 Kms radius only.
- Self-to-work (STW) allowance of 3,300 (applicable to male employees only).
- Medical insurance for self and dependents.
