Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

• Manage escalations and provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain accurate customer interaction records.

• Follow company processes, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in an International Voice Process.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in international customer service/technical support preferred.

• Ability to handle escalations and difficult customer interactions.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
